Version 2.0 · Effective 26 September 2026
Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Dropslate (“Dropslate”, “we”). Dropslate is operated by a private individual (natural person) resident in Ukraine; the operator’s identity is provided on request to hello@dropslate.top. By creating an account or using dropslate.top, app.dropslate.top, api.dropslate.top, mcp.dropslate.top or docs.dropslate.top (the “Service”) you accept them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
1. Definitions
Workspace — a customer tenant: its accounts, media, posts, members and plan. Account — a social network profile, page or channel you connect. Member — a person with access to a workspace. Post — one publication to one account at one time. Media — a file in a workspace library. Plan — the subscription tier that sets a workspace’s limits. Network — a third-party platform we publish to (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and others we add).
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 (18 where local law requires) and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secret and for everything done through your account; enable two-factor authentication and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
3. What the Service does
Dropslate stores media you upload and publishes posts you create to the networks you connect, at the time you choose, through each network’s official API. The dashboard, the REST API and the MCP server are three ways to use the same service. Dropslate is not affiliated with any network. Each network’s own terms apply to what you publish there, and a network may reject, remove or restrict content or accounts independently of us.
4. Your content
You keep every right to the content you upload and publish. You grant Dropslate a licence to store, process (for example, to check a file against a network’s limits or create a preview) and transmit it to the networks you choose — only as needed to provide the Service, and ending when the content is deleted. You confirm you hold the rights needed to publish it and that it complies with each network’s rules and applicable law. We do not review content before publishing and are not responsible for it.
5. Connected accounts
Connecting an account authorises Dropslate to act on it within the permissions the network grants. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored token. Some networks impose their own conditions — for instance, Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and TikTok restricts new applications to private posts until it completes its review. We show these conditions in the product and are not responsible for them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: publish content that is illegal, infringes rights, or breaks a network’s terms; evade a network’s review, rate limits or safety systems; send spam or misleading content; upload malware; attempt to access other workspaces or our infrastructure; resell the Service without our written agreement; or use the API or MCP server in a way that degrades the Service for others. We may suspend an account used this way (§13).
7. Plans, quotas and billing
Free plan. No card, no time limit; limits are shown on the pricing page and enforced by the Service. Paid plans are not on sale yet. Payment will open once the operator registers a business entity; these terms will be updated before then, and the rest of this section applies to paid plans from that update. Until then the Service is used on the Free plan and we take no payments. Paid plans. Billed monthly or yearly in advance. USD payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record and reseller — Paddle’s checkout terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle issues your invoice. UAH payments are processed by WayForPay and invoiced by Dropslate. We never receive or store card numbers. Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. Changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; if the workspace then exceeds the new plan’s limits, the excess becomes read-only and nothing is deleted for 30 days. Quotas. Limits (accounts, posts per month, storage, file size, retention, members) are enforced by the Service. A scheduled post counts when it is queued; a cancelled post returns its slot. Prices. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal. Prices exclude VAT or other taxes, which Paddle or WayForPay adds where required. Refunds. We would rather fix a problem than argue about money.
- First payment. If a paid plan does not work for you, write to hello@dropslate.top within 14 days of your first payment for that workspace and we refund it in full, no reason required. One such refund per person.
- Renewals. Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. For a yearly plan we email you 14 days before it renews; if you still missed it, ask within 14 days after the yearly charge and we refund that charge in full.
- Our mistake. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a wrong amount is refunded in full as soon as we see it. If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for a reason within our control (a network’s own outage is not), we extend your period by the downtime or, on request, refund it pro rata.
- Not refunded: the unused part of a period after you cancel or downgrade; a plan you no longer need because a network suspended your account or changed its rules; an account we closed for a breach of §6.
- How. Refunds go to the original payment method through the provider that took the payment (Paddle for USD, WayForPay for UAH), usually within 5–10 business days; tax is refunded with the price; we do not compensate exchange-rate differences or bank fees. USD customers may also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a chargeback opened without contacting us may suspend the workspace until it is resolved.
- Your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU, the UK and Ukraine have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By paying you ask us to start the service immediately; the first-payment refund above is wider than that right, and nothing in this section limits it.
8. API, MCP and agents
API keys and MCP connections act with the permissions of the workspace member who created them. Tools that change data require explicit confirmation; you are responsible for what an agent does with your keys. We may apply rate limits, and we will announce breaking changes to the API or MCP tools in the changelog at least 90 days before removing anything, except where a network or security requires faster action.
9. Availability
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation on any plan. We may perform maintenance, announced on the status page where planned. A network’s own outage, API change or account action is outside our control; when a post fails for that reason, the Service shows the network’s own response and lets you retry.
10. Data, privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You can export your data as JSON at any time and delete your account in Settings; deletion is completed within 30 days. The file of a published post is removed from our servers 72 hours after it goes live unless pinned; the library entry stays. On termination, you have 30 days to export data unless the account was closed for a serious breach.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, documentation and the Dropslate name and mark belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation. The @dropslate/mcp package is licensed under the licence stated in its repository.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, lost profits or lost audience. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep the protections of the law of their country of residence.
13. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of §6, non-payment, a legal requirement, or a network’s demand, giving notice where practical. §§4, 10–12 and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new version and date and, for a material change, email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, after a good-faith attempt to settle by email. Consumers in the EU may also use the mandatory rules and courts of their country of residence.
16. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the pricing page are the entire agreement. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands. You may not assign your account; we may assign these terms to a successor of the business with notice. These terms are published in English and Ukrainian; for users in Ukraine the Ukrainian version applies, otherwise the English version prevails.
