Data deletion
You can remove your data yourself, at any time, without writing to us.
What we keep and for how long is in the Privacy Policy §7; your rights and how to use them are in §10.
Disconnect one account
Settings -> Accounts -> Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token for that account immediately. Posts already published are not affected; posts still queued for that account are cancelled.
For Facebook, Instagram and Threads, Dropslate does not also call the network’s revoke endpoint: on Facebook it would remove Dropslate from every Page you connected, in every workspace. To withdraw the app’s access on the network’s side too, remove Dropslate in that network’s own settings - Meta then tells us, and we delete what it shared (next section).
Delete your whole account
Settings -> Profile -> Delete account. We send a confirmation link by email; opening it starts deletion of your posts, media, connected-account tokens, and personal data, completed within 30 days. A workspace with other members needs its ownership transferred first, so a shared workspace is not deleted out from under a team.
Data received through Facebook, Instagram or Threads login
When you remove Dropslate in Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, or ask Meta to delete the data Dropslate received, Meta notifies us. We delete that account’s tokens, avatar, handle, name, granted permissions and network id, and Meta shows you a confirmation code that links back to this page.
What "deleted" means
The rows are removed from our database, not archived. A backup taken before deletion ages out of our backup rotation on its own schedule (30 days) rather than being edited after the fact - the same as any encrypted, immutable backup.
