What counts as a post, an account, storage
- A scheduled post
- One post to one account. The same caption sent to three accounts is three posts against your monthly allowance. A cancelled post gives its slot back.
- An account
- A social network profile, page or channel you connect. The limit counts accounts across all networks together.
- Storage
- The total size of the files in your media library. Every video and image counts at its original size from the moment it is uploaded, whether or not a post uses it yet. Previews and thumbnails we make do not count. Deleting a file frees its space at once; a published file frees it 72 hours after going live unless pinned.
- Retention
- The network already has its copy, so the file is removed from our server 72 hours after the post goes live — on every plan. The library keeps its record: name, size, duration and a “removed after publishing” mark. A pinned file, or one a draft or a queued post still uses, stays.
Questions about plans
Do I need a credit card?
No. The Free plan needs no card and includes two connected accounts, 20 scheduled posts a month and 2 GB of storage, for as long as you use it. Paid plans start at $12 (449 ₴) a month.

What happens to my media after publishing?

Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, 20% off every paid USD plan. UAH billing is monthly only for now.
How do I cancel?
From Settings -> Billing, any time, no penalty. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and you can export your data through the API before it ends.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; if the workspace then exceeds the new plan’s limits, the excess becomes read-only and nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Can I buy a paid plan now?
Not yet. Paid plans open once Dropslate is registered as a business; until then every workspace is on the Free plan and nothing is charged. When they open, USD payments go through Paddle, which issues the invoice, and UAH payments through WayForPay.
Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes. No card, no time limit; limits are shown on this page and enforced by the Service.
